For bid and sale is a 1930 Model A Ford 4 door. Actually, due to my age and health concerns, I'm selling 2 Model A's (pictured), but this ad is for the 1930. This vehicle is originally from the Wheeling, WV area and I had it sitting in my barn for around 25 or more years. About 10 years ago, I started working on it and have completed about everything I know to do with it. This is a Briggs body with an uncommon hide-away or privacy back seat. The following briefly describes the vehicle: converted to 12V for better lighting and easy starting, added 1940 Ford hubs and hydraulic brake system, new wide white wall tires, gas tank boiled and lined, luggage rack, modern type shock kit, spare tire cover, full car cover, original jack and crank, added stone guard, mirrors and parking lights, all chrome and trim new or refurbished, new 2 tooth steering gear, rebuilt rear axles and front end suspension work, all glass new or good, transmission and differential gears fine, complete engine rebuilt (McCartney -- French Creek, WV) with less than 100 miles on engine, interior and headliner from CarTouche, painted dark blue (upper) with standard black (lower) by (AutoDynamics -- Belington, WV) -- shines like a new penny, high quality fiber glass fenders, and many other miscellaneous items. This car has been sitting in my garage for the last 2-3 years but I do start it periodically. This is a very nice Model A, in great shape, and inspections are welcome.
