I am only selling because I got a new car for my birthday, this is my car and I am sad to see her go, she is in EXCELLENT condition, this cars kelley blue book value is over $6,000 with the extras I have recently put in, there is NO reserve and whoever gets this car will be more then happy!!!! I am selling my 1998 Audi A4 Quattro 2.8L with manual transmission. My car is in above average condition for the age and mileage of this vehicle, it is garage kept and in AWESOME condition, as you can see. The black paint shines very well for it's age and shows no noteworthy damage, there is normal scratches and scuffs from normal use, all the glass and lenses are in tact, and I installed a brand new wind shield on February 27, 2013 through Safelight Auto Glass, which cost $277.00 I also installed a brand new battery on January 19, 2013, which cost $178.00 and 2 new tires at $138.00, on January 17, 2013 you can have all of the receipts for your records. The alloy tires are in great condition and all match. The interior of my car is above average as well, the carpets are all in tact, the interior is the rare cloth interior in excellent condition, which does not show any stains or age, most Audi's are equipped with leatherette, this is a superior, rare cloth, that does not stain. It has automatic climate control and it still works, the air conditioning blows ICE cold, and the heated seats and wonderful in the winter, all power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof work properly and has front and rear fog lamps. The original cassette player has been upgraded to a CD player and all the speakers work, very loud, and I am including an IPAD/IPHONE HOOKUP AND BLUETOOTH SPEAKER THROUGHOUT THE CAR FOR HANDS FREE DRIVING. Also the trunk is spacious and clean and has a ski holder covered in leather. Mechanically, it is in perfect running condition. The 2.8L engine is one of the oldest engines in the AUDI family and according to my mechanic has been around so long thanks to its simplicity and reliability. The engine starts and runs smoothly, there are no leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension is remarkably tight all around, the brakes feel great and the steering is neutral and responsive, the clutch does not slip and gear changes are smooth. PURRS LIKE A KITTEN...On the highway drives straight and narrow, this engine is backed by a manual transmission and AUDI'S legendary QUATTRO AWD makes this car virtually unstoppable, she handles great and is a pleasure to drive.
