This 1928 Model A Coupe was made into a street rod from a completely stock car and inccludes the following features. It has the pro-street look the the reliability of a mildly tuned engine Frame is stock that has been boxed and Z'd in the rear Front suspension is a 4" chromed dropped axle,monoleaf spring with chrome 4 bars and disc brakes. Rear ssuspension is coil over shocks with chrome 4 bars and a watts linkwith aa narrowed Ford 9" "posi" and drum brakes Steering is Vega with a Cadilac titl/tele column. The body,grill shell and 3pc.Rootlieb hood are steel.The roof has been chopped 4" and filled,visor has been moved to the roof line all sems have been filled(welded not filled with bondo)The winshield is flushed mounted and the grill shekk is filled and the peak removed. Front and rear fenders are glass with the rear ones bobbed 1 1/2" Trunk hinges are hidden. Doors are opened via Dakota Digital remote door locks. Traansmission is a Turbo 400 with a shift kit and 2200 stall speed converter and is shifted with a Lokar shifter. Seat are shortened Fiero (that is not a flaw in the drivers seat it's a reflection) Powering this car is a 455 cid Buick factory short block bored .030 over with dual 500cfm Edlebrock carbs mounted on a Offenhauser manifold. Exhaust is dual stainless steel Engine is cooled by a Brassworks 4 core radiator and does not over heat. This car has approx.13840 mile on it and is painted Chrysler Blackberry Pearl Mettalic. Also included is a car cover. There are a few knicks in the paint from driving it ,and in the rear fenders where the 39 Ford tail lights were removed you can see a faint out line.I will include the 39 lights so you can put them back if you want. You could not by the parts to build this car for the reserve price.If your looking for a street rod at an affordable price this is it.
