Vehicle Detail
1991 318is Slicktop with an OBD1 s52 swap. The Reserve is very reasonably set. Slicktop 318is : Pretty rare form factor for the e30. Lightest chassis available in the NA market. Water/Air intercooler AND oil cooler : I have searched far and wide and have been unable to find another supercharged s52 that has a water/air intercooler setup. Southern car, no rust. Low mileage s52, approximately 94k miles. Engine is healthy Professionally reupholstered interior including headliner, traded in the vinyl for black leather There are no dents, scratches, or even a rock chip on the hood and front fender. The fender hasnt been drilled for a front plate either. Car will be professionally detailed before being given to new owner. With that said, there are a few minor issues: 1) the dash cracked during the winter, basically right down the center. Most people use a dashmat, or buy a plastic dash cover, or replace the dash entirely, its up to you. 2)There is an intermittent CEL (check engine light) that comes on when the car is stopped at idle, and it only happens sometimes. From the research I can find, its slight vacuum leak, when you start moving and the engine creates vacuum, it goes away, but I will have it taken care of before the car is sold. 3)needs both driver and passenger door gaskets. They dont leak at all, the just shrunk from the heat and humidity of Florida where i bought the car. Ive tried to order them a number of times, but they take months to arrive. Right now they are good all the way around, occasionally the sag down and you just have to pop them back up. 4)the rear spoiler needs a gasket on the driver side. 5)air conditioning needs a recharge To fix everything, you are talking about 600 bucks max, and thats only because a dash is 300 and the gaskets are 100ea.
