This car is running and could be driven a short distance. I had my inspection mechanic look at it and to pass PA inspection it needs a new windshield, exhaust work, the brakes are working but need a retaining pin, the right turn signal is not working. This is a very fun car to drive with an independent rear suspension and a transaxle this car is well balanced and sticks to the road like you would expect a Porsche to do.
