1967 Volkswagen Panel Delivery Bus Started life December 2, 1966 as a Type 2 Panel Van, cargo doors right, LHD, L87 Pearl White with 83 Mesh Grey interior destined to Portland USA port. The first 3 years of its life are unaccounted for. In 1970 the Bus began service as a catering and delivery van for Lem's Old Fashioned BBQ restaurant in Searcy, AR. Most of the graphics from the restaurant are still visible on the Bus. The restaurant closed in 1975 and the Bus became dry storage for a VW mechanic in Searcy, AR where it lived the rest of its life in a pasture that turned to woods being stripped of its drivetrain and wheels. It was stored off ground so the frame is in excellent shape. There is rust on the body. it will need both rockers, front floorboard and rear cab corners. the front beam is in the back along with rear apron, engine cover, spring plate, drums. there is no title, Arkansas bill of sale only. Bus is located in Jonesboro, AR an hour north of Memphis i have an engine case i will include in the sale too. email with questions
