Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is this incredibly original, super low mileage Grand Prix 2+2 which lived in Florida up until just a few years ago. A new 2+2 model was offered as an Aerocoupe body for NASCAR competition. The 2+2-specific pieces are an Aero nose, bubble rear glass and a fiberglass trunk lid with integral spoiler. All 2+2 models were fully loaded and came equipped with a 305 four-barrel, the 200-4R four-speed automatic transmission and 3.08 posi rear axle ratio. It has a two-tone paint job with silver on top and gray on the bottom, with 2+2 decals and striping and 15x7 steel Rally II wheels. Approximately 1,225 Grand Prix 2+2's were built in 1986. This is a very original untouched car it is super rare due to it origin, a very limited run was produced in Canada and this example was one of them. I have the original build sheet for the car. This GP Runs and drives absolutely new! Steers straight, shifts smooth, and is a pleasure to drive. Sounds great with the full Flowmaster exhaust system. Everything works as it should. Tires and brakes are recent with a fresh service and oil change. Car is very rust free underneath. Frame is solid with no issues anywhere on the car. The paint is original and needs to be done. The drivers seat has some tears in the material and the top of the back seat also, but the rest of the interior is in great shape. Full power and factory A/C. This is a very rare untouched factory car that is well worth taking to the next level. This car is mechanically perfect.
