Hi, I am selling my 1978 Suzuki GS 750 that we just finished a complete dis assembly and restoring on. The motor and trans were not rebuilt (does not need as strong as new) or removed from the frame but almost everything else was restored. I included a photo of the bike before we gave it some needed attention. When we were finished, we hooked up a make shift fuel tank and boom, it fired with the push of a button. Everything works as it should and the bike can be ridden anywhere, anytime. The paint house of kolors sky blue Shimrin paint was professionally applied by Dorsey (many, many awards) and is as close the the low production, most desirable Suzuki light blue color. Sometimes when the angle and light change the color moves through some different shades hence the Shimrin name. It is very expensive and very durable. For some reason in some of the photos it looks to be a perrywinkle shade but there is no lavender in it. Sky blue in person. The only items that could be replaced are the exhaust mufflers as they have holes on the underside but still runs amazing. I have not been able to source NOS originals yet so new owner will likely have to use an aftermarket and use a bracket for install. The header pipes are just fine. If I were to keep the bike I would put some Dunstall pipes on this. Could use a new headlight bezel and front master cylinder reservoir is a bit discolored but replacement ordered was wrong one when it arrived. The only other thing the new owner would maybe do is polish the engine, clean surface rust from some engine hardware (nuts, bolts) and paint the side case motor covers. These are all easy for the new owner and a fun project. I just do not have the time at this stage due to an upcoming move. What has been done: All painted parts Front and rear master cylinders rebuilt Front and rear brake calipers rebuilt Carburetors rebuilt and synchronized New tires and balanced Seat restored Gauges restored Rims restored Fenders Polished New chain New bars Aftermarket signals restored All wiring gone through front to back and sideways (NO BUGS) New bars and mirrors Petcock rebuilt No rust in tank No dents in tank All lights, gauges, etc work All instruments work Charging system works New gel battery Get on and ride it!
