Vehicle Detail

This 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera S Coupe is truly an intriguing automobile and provides a compelling opportunity for one to purchase so much car for less than half of its original sticker price – nearly $100,000. I am the second owner and purchased the vehicle from the original owner while on vacation in Jupiter Island, Florida almost two years ago. The original owner’s next door neighbor is the greatest golfer in the world, so this Porsche has lived a privileged existence to say the least. The original owner special ordered the car from the factory and took delivery of it at Braman Porsche in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was a fanatic about maintenance and cosmetic care. The vehicle was religiously serviced by the Porsche dealership and garaged from day 1. I have continued the care and maintenance regimen following his lead. This handsome example of Porsche engineering stands apart from its peers due to its impeccable condition, the level of care and respect it has received, its full provenance, and low mileage. I am offering this vehicle for sale as I have recently upgraded to a 2012 Porsche 911 Carerra S. My hope is that a true Porsche aficionado will provide a good home and continue caring for it as the first two owners have. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have. Thank you for taking the time to look at my Porsche. Upon detailed inspection you will find my Porsche in the most desirable, and stately regarded, Bassalt Black Metallic with Sand Beige full leather interior color combination. As you may know - being a “S” model, the vehicle is upgraded with Lobster Fork style wheels, more powerful and larger brakes, a more performance geared suspension called PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) which allows for electronic adjustability of suspension settings, Xenon headlamps, and a three-spoke sport steering wheel. Additional options the original owner ordered with the car were: Bose High End Sound Package ($1,390); Self-Dimming Mirrors ($385); Wheel Caps with Colored Porsche Crests ($185); Sand Beige Floor Mats ($115); Dual Power Seat Adjusters (including the angle of the seat cushion and through lumbar support comprising four air chambers). These seats also have a memory feature ($1,550); Porsche Crests Embroidered on Front Seats ($270); Sand Beige Full Leather ($3,365). While I have owned the vehicle, it has been properly serviced by Gossett Porsche of Memphis and Pat Williams Racing of Memphis. Pat is considered one of the foremost experts on Porsche 911s in the United States. The motor is tuned to perfection. All steering, braking, and suspension systems are operating flawlessly. The transmission shifts beautifully, and the brakes stop the car with authority. The vehicle has recently received a new factory battery, a new factory water pump, new Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires that are less than 3 months old and show barely any use, and a full detail was just performed by the best detailer in town at Mercedes-Benz of Memphis. The paint is in wonderful condition, and it shines brilliantly due to its consistent garaged state. Living in the mild Florida and Tennessee climates, the vehicle is rust free and has never seen snow. The leather seats are perfection. The rubber components are in wonderful shape. The car has never been smoked in or even eaten in, and the back seat has never been used by the original owner or me. The air conditioning operates properly and blows cold. The heating system is fully functioning and blows toasty warm. All gauges are fully operable (including speedometer, odometer, RPMs, fuel level, temp, oil pressure, and the computer module). The original radio operates like new and the speakers are crystal clear. Windows and sun roof open and close as they should. The electric rear spoiler is fully functioning as it should as well.
