I would not hesitate to drive this anywhere in the U.S. (except to Hawaii, of course) REGULAR MAINTENANCE DONE ON IT SINCE NEW. 6.9 TURBO DIESEL ENGINE California Truck - NO RUST (well there is a couple of tiny, tiny, tiny, spots ( 1 on tail gate and a couple under the grill) again, very very small. This will probably one of the nicest, cleanest, older diesel trucks you will ever see. Here is your chance to get a great turbo diesel pickup that HAS NOT been overworked. It has been totally taken care of since day one! Just for openers...the oil was changed "religiously" every 1000-1500 miles. Following is a list of its assets: Exterior paint is excellent - it was repainted once, because the hood showed some fading. It was waxed regularly Dual Batteries(fairly new) Dual Tanks Hood Lock (The pull latch is a keyed lock,never seen one of these) Tow Package With hitch reciever New tie rod ends New brakes New brake calipers New fuel injectors New U Joints New Valve Cover Gaskets - NO leaks New Hoses and Belts Anti-freeze - looks clear and tinted green, not dirty BF Goodrich Tires 98% (like new) Maybe only 300 miles on them. Kenwood Stereo - Works Excellent! Original seat is very nice - it does have two areas where it is weakening but the seat is beautiful. Extra gauges: Amp meter, Manifold pressure, Turbo Temp... all work Fuel Tank selector works Back Saver Jack / Lift (stays with truck) Lights all work Dash lights all work Owners manuals and records, Have all keys including camper shell lock NO CRACKS IN DASH AT ALL. Imperfections: A/C needs to be updated to new 134 Tiny crack in upper right hand corner of windshield...not a crack that will continue...it comes down from the the top and then goes to the edge right next to it.Cruise doesn't seem to work, did not look into it Roof liner is a little saggy in the corners under the visors Tool Box and bar in back of truck IS NOT INCLUDED Please bid with confidence.
