Vehicle Detail
This is a 1975 T160 Trident. I am open to discussion that are cash based. Not looking for trades. This has rare factory oversize gas tank. Inside and out just a beautiful job. Garage kept and covered. Matching VIN on frame and engine. Serviced by Morrie's Place since I have owned it. I pulled this out of a private collection with some other Triumph's back in 2008. Cosmetic and mechincal restoration was in the late 90's. I have some of the paper work that came with the bike. Bike runs great, Electric start works as it should, All lights and turn signals work, carbs are all in sync'd. New Dunlop tires with about 200 miles on them. Also a new battery last year. Paint and chrome really nice with the right amount of patina. It is harder and harder to find T160 in this condition. Value keeps going up. This Trident has that fantastic british sound pushing 3 pistons through Norton sytle pea shooter mufflers. Don't miss this one folks. I have reduced my collection down from 43 bikes to 8 so selling the next couple will be painful. Prioritize's are kids and business which leave little time this year for making sure they are all ridden. That dictates I find this Trident a new home. This bike is sold as is. I have discribed everything I know to the best of my ability. Any questions ask before bidding. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. FOB is zip 60025 and it is private residence. No trades, cash is king. Good luck, you won't be disappointed. Here is a few youtube clips. Hard to hear but a great shot of it going down the road. Here are two youtube listings. This my Triumph Route 66 outside of Chicago. Great day. http://youtu.be/XHi2EpsSWEQ. Also I did a quick video showing the bike lights, electric start and riding it. http://youtu.be/KIagUutsdzc. Good luck, you won't be disappointed.
