Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Selling a beautiful 2004 Ford Thunderbird with just over 48,000 miles. We were the second owners when we bought the car in 2005 with 8,800 miles, and it has been babied and garaged for the past 8 years. So much so, that the original factory tires still have tread on them (and if you look at the AutoCheck report, it was driven barely 6,000 miles between 2010 and 2012). We're selling it because we got a great deal on an older Mercedes convertible. It has a clean title, was never involved in an accident, and was fully detailed just last week. We have three sets of keys and two remotes, the original owner's manual, the hardtop weatherstripping kit (not needed but still nice to have), and the instructional CD for installing/removing the included, original hardtop. It's the Premium model, and its Merlot paint and Light Sand leather interior were only available for the 2004 model year – only 3,991 models were in the Merlot color. The car has several minor scratches from parking lots, two very small dings that you would only see if you were looking for them, and two small tears in the handbrake cover and the carpet on the driver's side floor. Other than that, everything works as it should and there are no known problems. It really has been an awesome cruiser that we get comments on all the time. Other notable features include: • 3.9L V8 engine -- 280 hp @ 6000 rpm, 286 ft-lbs. torque @ 4000 rpm (this thing really flies when you put your foot down – the limited slip differential helps too) • 5-speed automatic transmission, with Tiptronic-style shift gate • Dual exhaust that actually burbles like it should • Awesome 180-watt sound system with 8-speakers and 2-subwoofers • In-dash 6 CD changer, AM/FM radio • iPod adaptor/charger that's routed through the center console • Tan convertible soft top • Merlot hardtop (rolling rack and cover included) • Removable tan tonneau cover
