Please note - I will consider a trade for a nice, clean pick up truck. Original (adult) one owner Honda Shadow Spirit in excellent condition: It has never been down or ridden in the rain, has always been garaged, and has always had the best of care. The only imperfection is a very shallow, hard-to-see nickel-sized ding in the gas tank, caused by me hitting it with my knee when I lost my balance getting off the bike last year (it is highlighted in one of the photos, and is more noticeable in the photo than when viewing in person). Besides the 600 mile initial service (done at a Honda dealership), I have changed the engine oil and filter at 2,720, 5,340, 8,090 and 9,220 miles (oil filter wrench included in sale). The rear tire was replaced at 5,955 miles; the front tire at 8,185 miles. A new battery was installed 12-31-12. All maintenance records will be provided to new owner. This bike is ready to ride – right now! The bike was purchased new on June 30, 2010, and currently has 9,220 actual miles, which may increase slightly by item end. It starts and runs great – gas mileage has averaged in the mid-to-upper 40’s MPG, with 50-plus MPG not unusual. These Shadow engines are nearly maintenance-free, with hydraulic valve adjusters and self-adjusting cam chains. They are also water-cooled with final drive via a maintenance-free drive shaft. The bike includes the following accessories/upgrades: · Vance & Hines exhaust – definitely improves performance! The original factory pipes are included in the sale, and are in like new condition. · Cobra floorboards – a real upgrade in comfort!
