1985 Jeep CJ-7 with 4.2 L engine and T5 manual tranny. I bought this in 05 for $5500 and have put about $15K into it since then. I just don't have the time to drive it like it should be. It would be a great rock crawler or in a mud pit. I'll list the good and the bad as I know them. If you bid, you buy. There is no reserve placed on it. Good: professionally rebuilt 4.2 L engine with new Howell Fuel Injection system; three core radiator; ramsey winch; five good mud terrain tires on black steel rims; dual battery set up (only one battery included in sale); Por 15 coated undercarriage and frame; Herculined interior; New A/C from Collins Brothers; New Mastercraft bucket seats; Ox Lockers front and rear; Superwinch 4wd hubs; new exaust (with headers and Flowmaster dual mufflers); YJ hardtop with metal half-doors; basically new from front to rear with top of the line performance parts. Bad: Rebuilt T5 tranny has a leak that I haven't been able to find and may have a synchroniser worn; Exterior is mostly straight, but received a camo rattle can paint job by previous owner; minor surface rust in a couple of places as well as one small piece of sheet metal that should be cut/replaced.On Jun-01-13 at 20:56:59 PDT, seller added the following information: 1985 Jeep CJ-7 with 4.2 L engine and T5 manual tranny. If you've wanted a nice CJ7 with performance parts, this is the best deal you will find anywhere. It just needs a little bit of fine-tuning and it will make you an incredible vehicle for a fraction of what it would normally cost to upgrade like this!
