This is a great matching numbers bike with all the major work done,the list is below.im sure ive forgotten something,but i dont know what.the only unresolved problem is the speedometer is broken,not the glass,the numbers have spun around on their own so mileage isnot known.she starts easily and idles great. Steady power and great handling for such an old bike.very stock,even down to original breather pipes intact and original aluminum wire ties still therewhen wire harness replaced.Bike was brought from England in 95 or 96.i got it in 2009,still wearing original paint,but it was showing its age,,so this year i repainted with stock colors and scheme.Over the past few years ive upgraded the electrics,motor,wheels,,etc.. Its a great bikebut ive only ridden it around 200 miles in the past few years,as i own over 40 british bikes,i dont get the time to ride any of them enough.But i certianly know how to spend money on them.I had never expected to sell this bike,but i have several other 500's of this era,and this ones the best,so its up for sale.Its a 45 yr old bike,but its as good as any out there.
