Selling my 2000 BMW. Model 3 SERIES 323 Ci. V6 engine and automatic transmission 168,000 miles. Runs like a champ even though it is 13 yrs old. Engine check light on (could be for simple as oil change or ??) - still runs great and I drive it at least once a week to the store and back. A/C is cold. Privacy windows and BMW chrome rims. This was my son's car and he has done some work as with new tires, alignment etc. No known leaks. I do not have any prior mechanical history before that. I am not the original owner. No liens or loans on car, free and clear. I have title in hand.Color - Silver exterior (clear coat has some fading), interior - gray leather w/racing bucket style seats. Front seats have a few side rips (common for bucket seat sports cars). Sun roof/moon roof. No leaks that I know of, (have taken it in high powered car wash spray cleaning and no leaks!). After market stereo (SONY), and only chip key comes with it, no remote key. Has system alarm. Tires are new, and rims are chrome.I drive it at least once a week and exterior wash a couple times a month, and tank will be at least 1/2 full to buyer of unleaded gasoline when sold. Gets good gas mileage with my driving, and I don't bog it. This car is a sport coupe and 4 people will sit comfortably.Selling "as-is" condition. Seller will not pay for any services, registration or transfer fees or taxes or smog. This car is currently located in Stagecoach, Nevada which is 23 miles east of Carson City, or about 45 mins from Reno from Hwy 50. 1 1/2 hours from South Lake Tahoe. Currently in Nevada, most counties smog exempt except Clark and Washoe counties. Currently registered in California until June 2013 - renewal is in progress either CA or NV, and have clear CA title. Seats may need to be cleaned with leather cleaning solutions, but come and see and inspect it for yourself. I have too many vehicles and the BMW does not fit my needs for raising Dobermans. No they have not been in this car. No scammers - Cash only and in hand Title, and bill of sale will be provided when sold. Current registration fees for CA DMV renewal is $118.00. This is a heavy built vehicle. BMW - IMO are for working people with jobs. I am retired and do not need such toys as BMW, Corvettes etc... I had them and don't need them now. I have truthfully stated everything I know of this vehicle as it is in my possession. This vehicle is 13 yrs old and buyer should get vehicle transporting insurance as seller will not be responsible for any damages occurred during shipping - transporting. There is no refunds on this sale. This car is not IMO a lemon either, it is great running condition. It runs great; no slipping, drives straight, starts up every time, and good or great performance still, just needs some final touches to buyer's needs. When the reserve is met, the 'buy it now' will go away. I have relisted this vehicle and lowered the price both reserve and 'buy it now'.
