He's selling because his daughter is going away for college. They should be the second owners. From what I understand vehicle may show accident report, but nothing major at all, and frankly, I did not see any evidence of such whatsoever.Let me start by saying that this is a very clean and well maintained vehicle. I drove it around and it runs very well, steering is straight, brakes are good, etc, for it feels like a vehicle of only a few years old. Everything works as it should including cold A/C. Cosmetically it's in pretty good shape too, but the hood is starting to fade (see photos). I rubbed a small portion with wax and it's my conclusion that the bonnet can be significantly improved with a high-speed buffer. Also, the hatchback door has some scuffles (see photos), and the plastic below the window has a linear crack... Typical for these cars. Other than this, the rest of the Explorer has good presence.To sum it up, this is a very nice vehicle that was extremely well maintained by DAD for his daughter's safety in mind. Good transportation, and ready to go to a new home! Also, I personally (my wife) own one of these (same year too), and I can vouch that Explorers are great cars!
