I just aquired this 1993 BMW 530i project. It was brought into a friends shop with a cracked sump (owner ran over something). The repair bill was more than the owner wanted to spend and he abandoned the vehicle. That was a couple of years ago. (the engine was shut off before damage occured to the bearings). I just picked this project up with the intention of replacing the sump and reselling the car. Before I do that though I thought I would offer it for a few days here on Ebay as is and give the DIY crowd an opportunity to snag a really cool V8 powered 5 series BMW with manual gearbox at a bargain price. I know the car will need at the very least the following: three tires, battery, engine sump and drivers seat . I can assist with the location of the seat and the sump and can perform any of the work needed in getting the car going. I do not however make any guarantees that that is all the car needs.
