1967 F250, 3/4 ton, 352 V8, two-wheel drive, custom cab, camper special I am listing this truck for a friend, Maxine. She and her husband purchased the truck from her brother-in-law, who was the original California owner, in the early 80’s. They drove it back to Wisconsin. Her husband passed away in 2006, and it is time for someone else to enjoy this original, low-mileage (28,610 miles), beauty. It has always been stored inside and has been waxed, only coming out of indoor storage for an occasional parade or car show. It has only been driven 221 miles since 2006, so a check-over would be in order before a cross-country trip. Everything works as intended, even the A/C and 8-track player – tapes included. The 352 V8 runs smooth and quiet, and the automatic transmission shifts fine. There is a little brake pull in the front. (Wheel cylinder or adjustment?) The interior is perfect and clean. There is zero rust anywhere on the exterior. The chrome and trim are nearly perfect. The paint is nice and shines well. There are some stains on the red; maybe will come out with buffing. There are small dings on the passenger door near the lower mirror mount. The bottom of the passenger door has a small crease, maybe 6” (see pictures). Neither is too bad. The truck’s body is very straight and all original; no body repair, ever. It will need new tires, as the ones on it are original and weather-checked. It is a 3/4 ton, two-wheel drive, custom cab, camper special. It looks like every available option is on it: rear mud flaps, running boards, sliding rear window and rear window curtains, A/C, PS, automatic transmission; 8-track stereo; a.m. radio, chrome bedrails, road hazard warning kit; spare tire and jack; owner’s manual and registration card. This is an un-restored truck (only original once), and still has the original air in the tires. As with any 46-year old, it does have some patina, but overall it is an extremely nice, 1967 F250.
