He originally purchased this car for his mother, but she can't longer drive due to health reasons. They should be the second owners.The Focus was purchased when it had around 22,000 miles. This is a very well taken care of vehicle. Owner has all maintenance records in folder since bought (see attached photo). I personally drove this Focus around the neighborhood and it runs like a new car. It's tight, drives straight, etc. Everything works including cold A/C. In case you didn't know, the ZTW are not common and considered Focus' top-of-the-line. It comes with a peppy gas efficient 2.3 four cylinder engine. Cosmetically is in very good shape too, although there are some light scuffles here and there, but nothing disconcerting whatsoever.
