I have replaced the injectors about 10k ago with new bosh injectors and replaces the lines as well ($4500). The only other real problem these have are the water pumps which I replaced about 12k miles ago. Oil has been replaced every 5k miles with AMS oil SAE 15W-40 Premium API CJ-4 Diesel Oil. Fuel filter replaced every 10k, at every fill up I use a bottle of Stanadyne diesel fuel additive. Before the lift I was getting 22-24mpg and after about 17-20 on the fuel eco tune. I have also upgraded the hood to the new 06 HD syle, installed a super sport grill and had all chrome painted to match the color of the truck. This truck is in very good condition and never raced or abused. Would be hard to find a nicer LB7.
