I am selling my Jag. It has been my car for the last year and a half. Just bought a new car and intended to keep the Jag, because I love it. My wife won this fight, so I have to sell it. I hope I can find someone that can appreciate this aristocratic cat as much as I do. Please bid with confidence, this car has been well take care of, has not rust, no accidents. It has been in the dry climate of Las Vegas since 2001. I have always kept it in my garage. This is not your usual Jaguar. When it came out, this XJR supercharged model was the fastest sedan in the world. It is more powerful than the 12-cyllinder Jaguar model. This XJR stands differently on its wide tires; acceleration is addictive with 380 lb ft of torque. The supercharged engine is rated at 322 hp, makes your face smile each time you press the accelerator. The sport suspension and limited slip differential may elate you if you have to take a corner briskly. This car is aristocratic, you should not drive fast, but even if you do, it sticks to the road and floats with grace. On the inside, you are pampered with Connolly leather, which greets you with a sweet leather smell each time you open the door. (The car has not been smoked in, and really looks nice from the inside.) When you unlock the car, the memory seats, headrest, and mirrors go to the 1st driver memorized position. You can program 3 drivers if you need to. There is slight wear on the driver bolster. The high-end harman/cordon audio system has CD changer in the trunk and a cassette player in the dash, where you can slide in the converter (provided) to play your favorite music from your smart phone in the car. The steering wheel is trimmed in leather and wood, gives a cozy feeling on the hands and is never hot in the summer, or cold in the winter. If you take this car to a colder climate, the heated front seats will come handy. The automatic climate control cools the interior faster than in any car I have ever driven in 10 hot summers of Las Vegas. Conveniently, there are 4 programmable remotes for opening the gate of your community and your garage door, plus your workplace access gates. The windows are polarized and tinted lightly originally. The sun roof opens as shown on the photos. This Jag has been well taken care of, always by the same shop. I keep all receipts; they will come with the car. Mechanically, it runs and drives perfectly, the engine starts right up anytime, idles without vibrations, there are no leaks whosoever. The transmission shifts nicely the suspension works with no noises or rattles, drives straight. The front tires are brand new, the rear tires have more than 60% thread left. The Jaguar has only 84,000 miles, breaks down to about 5K miles per year. Each time I have to get in or out after I get out of this car, I look at the beautiful lines of its classic curved body. The body is in great shape, no dings or scratches, with the exception of the scrape on the rear bumper (see pictures) done by another car at a parking lot. All windows are intact, all light bodies are intact, and the antenna operates fine. The digital clock has a couple of the segments gone out, and the rear view mirror shows some air under the glass, but reflects and dims OK. Headliner looks perfect ,the CD changer changes disks and plays great music if you put great records in :-)
