1967 Mustang Coupe – Converted to a California Special body style with Shelby taillights during restoration (restomod). I started this project over 5 yrs ago. Due to working overseas and life in general, I don’t have the time or energy to deal with it anymore. I’d also like my garage back. She has been completely torn down and rebuilt by a classic restoration shop and professional mechanics. The major work completed is as follows: Torn down to frame and sandblasted – body completely restored and primed for paint Original 289 engine rebuild and rebored with an Edelbrock top kit Brand new Tremec 5 speed transmission installed Brand new complete front end with shocks and disk brakes installed Tilt steering (I’m short) New exhaust installed She starts up and runs beautifully now by using a toggle switch routed to the starter. This is a gorgeous project car that is ready to be finished to your own personal desires. I have pictures and documentation for every step of the work completed.
