For sale is this 1976 Lancia Scorpion.The car is running and driveable.The top is in dece,nt shape ,the floor pans are solid.The car was purchased six years ago in running condition and not driven. The car had been painted and the color changed to Red from its original Robins Egg Blue. The interior was originally brown,and has been dyed black. Seats were recovered and the drivers reat it splitting at the seam. When the car was painted, the felt seals were taken out of the windows and new plastic trim was installed. The felts were not replaced, and when the car is running, the windows rattle. When I towed the car, after it was sitting, it blew the right rear tire and damaged the rear valance and the paint on the rear quarter panel. The car now has 5 new tires all on original wheels. The car has new brakes, brake lines,pads,calipers rebuilt ,new rotors and the brakes were recently bled. I also rebuilt the carburettors, which are Weber 44 IDF,with K and N filters on them and manual cable chokes.Battery is fresh and the car starts and runs well once it is warmed up. The shifter bushings have been replaced. It is missing the rear deck support bar. I do not have the money or time to restore the car, and do not want to part it out.I am selling the car "as is". It is a good candidate for restoration for someone who has the time to do it. It has a lot of good things going for it(Paint Job Cost $3500.00) and would be a shame to part it out.
