I have up for auction my 1979 Ford f-250. Engine is a .030 over 460 big block...making it a 466. Engine is built and has headers and dual exhaust. Truck has over 20 inches of lift and 3 shocks per wheel...12 shocks overall and twin steering dampner shocks. Body has one rust hole on cab but is solid overall everywhere else. 44" tires all around. Its a beast. Has fuel cell and battery cut off. Bed is on a hydraulic dump and will tilt up about 60 degrees. Hood is on a hydraulic tilt also and can be operated from the cab. Trans is an automatic. Truck runs exceptionally well and shifts out great. It isn't perfect...the steering column needs to be rebuilt or replaced...the brake booster needs to be replaced. It does have 4 wheel disc brakes but have recently stopped working as well as they used to due to brake booster or master cylinder. Nothing major either way. Paint is decent but far from perfect. Truck would easily be worth $25,000.00 if I repaired the few things it needs and repainted it. As it stands now I will sacrifice for less. Interior has nice bucket seats and good sound system. Also has full Auto Meter gauge set. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have, so feel free to ask. I neither offer nor imply a warranty with this truck I will not ship. The steering column has play in it because everyone (myself included) used the steering wheel to pull themselves into the truck.
