Up for Auction, 1971 Ford F-100 Ranger XLT Pickup. The previous owner told me that the truck spent most of its life in the south which is where he purchased it from 8 years ago. Originally ordered with a 360 V8, was upgraded to a really nice built up 390 V8!!! C6 auto transmission that shifts smooth. The motor was re-built buy the previous owner with a performance cam, high rise intake and 4 barrel Edelbrock carb with electric choke and a lot of dress up features like custom valve covers, and chrome accents. Power 4 wheel drum brakes and power steering. The truck runs and drives excellent. Custom dual exhaust and stainless steel headers make her sound really awesome! Older repaint by the previous owner, in the original Wimbledon White. The exterior of the body is in good driver condition, not perfect, but really presentable. The rocker panels on both sides are in good shape, the driver door has a little surface rust at the inside bottom , and the passenger door is in real good shape. The floors and the cab are the old bad parts. The floor on both sides have been patched and repaired by the previous owner. The cab corners are shot as well. One side is fair and the other is rusted out. The bed is in good shape and the tailgate as a few small rust spots but is very minor. Options include: power steering, power brakes, wipers, AM/FM CDS Sony radio, Upgraded headliner with molded 4 speakers, hazard lights switch, cargo light, tachometer, gauge pod, carpet, 15 inch chrome steel moon wheels, Michelin tires, bed rails, chrome accents, original chrome western swing lock mirrors and spray in bed liner. I also have a standard Marti Report for the truck that goes with it. I have made sure that every option in the truck works. I just recently replaced the power steering pump and gearbox along with ht both right and left kingpins. The interior is in great condition, no tears in the seat and the heat works as well. There is a scratch in the windshield on the passenger side from a bad wiper blade. This truck is FAST & LOUD!!!
