1967 Econoline Van This is another New Mexico treasure that has very little rust. We think it was an old military van because it has dual gas tanks and an army green interior. Exterior All the doors and panels are in really good shape. On the drivers side left corner of the van there is a little crunch (see pics). At one time there was an antenna on the roof of the car and there is bon-do on the hole. There is one panel door that has rust damage (see pics). On the passenger side lower flange there is a 5in long, 1/4 in wide rust spot. There is light surface rust on the back doors where the paint is peeling but the back doors are solid. Listed and photographed are the rust spot that are visible. Interior The interior shell looks great. The seats are torn and there is one crack on the dash. There are two steel door panels that are extras to replace the wood paneling. All the glass is good except for the windshield.There are two extra vent windows if the ones up front ever need to be replaced. Mechanical This van does not run. The engine has compression and we were told that the previous owner spent $900 on a rebuild.There is a new transmission that our mechanic checked and said would work. The old transmission comes with the vehicle but is not installed. It may need a new carburetor. This van is being sold as a project car. It has a clear title.
