This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION, don't bid if you can't pay or get financing. To start off, I am listing this truck for a friend that doesn't have an Ebay account. I will do my best to describe to you my observations of this truck. This is a 2006 F250 XL, 6 Speed, 4X4 with 28,500 original miles. It is Vermillion Red in color with a gray interior. The body has no rust at all, perfectly straight and clean. The paint is bright and has the new car shine. I couldn't find a scratch anywhere on it and the only defect I could find was a few very small rock chips on the front. They are pinhead size. The chrome is like new. There is a Line-X spray in bed liner and it looks as if nothing has ever been hauled in it. It has color matched Line-X on the lower part of the body to protect it from rock chips and you really don't notice it unless you look closely as the color match is perfect. This truck has been modified with a 8" lift. Brian says that it rides and drives very nice, which is uncommon for trucks that are lifted like this. It has traction bars on the rear (see picture). The tires are 37x12.50R17LT and have deep tread with no signs of uneven wear. The engine runs strong and smooth as would be expected for a 28,500 mile truck. Brian has owned a few of these 6.0 diesels and says that this is the strongest running one he has ever drove. It has always been factory stock with no tuner. The only modification done is that the EGR has been removed for reliability reasons. The removal of the EGR system has caused the "check engine" light to come on and Brian hired a Diesel Technician to check this out as it concerned him when he bought it last November. The technician told him that the light was just due to the EGR delete and nothing was wrong with it. He will be glad to provide you with the name and number of the technician if you wish verify this. This condition can be cured with the installation of a aftermarket tuner however, Brian said that it had enough power for him and he didn't find a need for a performance tuner. The interior is near perfect. I could find nothing wrong with it. The seat has had a very nice fitted seat cover on it since it was new and he rolled it back to show the seat in the pictures (like new). The interior pictures didn't turn out too good I think because of the tint on the windows. The floor has the rubber rather than carpet and is in very nice condition with Ford floor mats. The A/C is cold. The radio is a Pioneer. I am not sure what model, it has a CD, DVD player with remote and plays movies. It has a trailer hitch and the factory trailer brake with the upfitter switches. Overall, I thought this was one impressive truck. I have known Brian for years and everything he owns is always kept nice and well maintained. He is a perfectionist. If it had something wrong with it, he would fix it. He tells me this truck has nothing wrong with it and you can depend on it. He tells me that he hates to sell it, but has to as he needs to buy a welding rig (he is a professional welder) for business. This is a really nice low mileage truck for your consideration.
