Up for sale I have my 1971 Honda Scrambler CL175 in very good condition for its age!Not wanting to sell this but we are moving and need money for moving and closing costs.The longer you hold on to this thing the more it will be worth! Pros:CLEAR KY TitleRuns great, starts easy and runs strong, idles greatHeadline, brake light, turn signals workFront fender, rear fender and tank in excellent conditionSeat in good condition with one small tear in a seamDoes not burn oil or foul plugsMarks on headers are not scratches or dents, due to a plastic bag that hit the headers while warmcan be cleaned off!Tachometer and speedometer in perfect condition (tach needs new bulb to light up)Custom luggage rack can be removed and is NOT a permanent modificationAmmo boxes are waterproofGas mileage, averaging around 53mpg, and I weigh 280lbsInsurance is under 100 bucks a yearStock air cleanersTank is very clean insideCarburetors are very cleanBattery is new and the charging system works perfectlyClutch is in great shape and does not slip at allAll 5 gears shift in and out fine and have no problemsBrakes work great!STOCK, un-molested and never wrecked in its 42 years of life!!! Cons:Miles, this bike is ridden daily so they ARE going up!Needs a starter, the starter on there now may be re-buildable but it does not work and I haven't looked into it anymoreit starts on the first or second kick, so it wasn't worth my time to fix it!Has a VERY small oil leak in the left case at the bottom, around 1 drop per day. This is a gasket issue, not a crack or break in the case!plastic side panels are in poor shape although they look nice in the picturestires are ridden on daily but should be replacedNeutral light needs a bulbthe plastic bend on the throttle cable where it enters the grip broke, it was repaired and has held fine for the last 6 months, could be replaced with new thoughlight rust in spots, nothing major though I can provide high resolution images of ANY part of the bike you need, just let me know exactly what you want a picture of!ASK QUESTIONS!
