Vehicle Detail

Selling my cafe racer. Turns out I have more fun building old bikes than riding them. Here's the lowdown: 71 Honda CB750 Top end rebuilt to Honda specs Carbs professionally rebuilt and synched to motor. Later model K series forks (with dampeners) professionally rebuilt Front master cylinder and and brake caliper rebuilt All new wiring, automotive style key ignition. No turn signals Custom one off cafe tail, in tail is 3 LED lights, 1 on as running light, 3 on as brake light Headlight off older Suzuki, cool shape and holds speedo inside it. MAC 4 into 1 exhaust, shortened and no baffle (loud as hell, might think about a baffle!) Clubman bars hand made seat with ivory vinyl and stitch down pattern Paint is 2010 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Green with Ivory scallops, outlined in Sublime Green. Motor case and forks have been gone over with scotch brite pads for a dull luster, could be polished out if you want shine. Master cylinder, brake caliper and clutch lever have all been bead blasted for similar dull finish Paint isnt perfect, got dinked in the tail on the way to a show. Looks great for a rider still. drilled brake cover in front, drilled rear drum finned aluminum motor covers NOS Honda points plate Brand new tubes, tires and rim strips, maybe 20 miles on them I went through this bike and rebuilt everything as if I was going to keep it as that was the plan. Finally got it together and still ride my Buell instead. Want this bike to get a new good home and get ridden. Since completing the bike I've ridden it maybe 5 times, no more than 20 miles all together. It handles well, has great throttle response and gets TONS of attention on the street and at bike shows. The bike just needs some fine tuning. Suzuki speedo turns opposite direction of the Honda unit, so it doesn't work. I've thought of finding another Honda tach and mounting it instead of a speedo. Battery is old and may not start it. Bike doesn't leak, I did most of the wiring of the bike inside my house, on the carpet, and it never left a mark. It's never taken me more than 3-4 kicks to get it going. In all its a great bike, I've ridden it, and its amazing how much the old bike puts out! Bike is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end auction early for local sale. Feel free to ask any questions on the bike, I'm sure I forgot something. Just more into hot rods and would like to sell this to have cash for another project. Look at what other bikes are listed at and what you're getting, this bike will be a great deal for someone. If purchased anywhere near the Denver Colorado area I may even be able to deliver (for a fee)
