for sale as is, is a for parts/project 1985 honda xl350r. The bike does NOT come with a TITLE. This bike runs and drives, but has top end noise (valvetrain) that would need to be addressed (could be a cam chain problem, not sure). The motor however is in good used cosmetic condition. Has good compression. The bike has fully functional carbs in pretty good condition along with new float needles. The bike speedometer doesnt work because it is missing the cable so the miles that are shown on the odometer arent true. The frame is solid with no broken mounts as far as I know. The chain and rear sprocket are in like new condition. The air filter is a stock honda filter and is brand NEW. Good spark. The brakes, front and back, are good and fully functional. The front fender has a hairline crack on it but could be fixed easily. The rear tire has good tread, the front has less tread but still probably 75%. The gas tank has a dent on the left side near the sticker but the tank is still fully functional. The exhaust pipes are good and comes with the supertrapp muffler. The bike as long as I owned it has not had turn signals or a brakelight but the wires are there for them. I also have the side covers for the bike which are in good condition. The bike is missing small parts here and there like the gas cap and speedometer cable, and different mounting bolts for the exterior accs, but it isnt missing parts that would keep it from running. Again this bike does NOT have a title and so I am selling as a whole parts bike. I would also throw a cylmer manual into the deal. Buyer respoonsible for pick up or shipping.
