Vehicle Detail
This is a very nice 69 Pony Show Car with lots of new parts installed in the past two years. This car came frome Arizona and went to California in the eighties. I bought it from a gentleman who used it as a Show car and did not put more than 6000 miles on it in the ten years he owned it. When I purchased it, he had let it set for over 6 years with no use. Lets start with a new Edlebrock top end performer kit including the Performer high rise aluminum intake topped of with a Chrome finished 650 CFM 4-barrel carburator along with the matching high performance Cam. The electronics have been upgraded with a new distribitor with pertronix ignition installed. Also the alernator was upgraded with the 105 amp Chrome upgrade also from Edlebrock. The water pump was replaced with the Edlebrock Chrome finished high flow system for better cooling. New 2" exhaust with headers are matched up nicley with flowmasters for a real nice sound. The transmission was totally rebuilt less than 3000 miles ago with a small shift kit installed. All of the front suspension has been replaced with factory spec parts except the springs, I went with a 1" shorter spring for a better stance and performance. I replaced the old AC with a new Sanden unit as well as all of the vacume lines due to dry rot. I recently replaced the vinyl top and the interior seats on the car with the correct white vinyl that was made for this car. The dash was also replaced with the correct Ford tooled dash. All of the gauges are installed and work properly, including the clock (which does not keep the correct time but does work). I replaced all of the dash bulbs with the LED upgrade for better lighting. I replaced the floor plans and the seat mount saddles when the interior was upgraded about a year ago. Paint is correct Ford Candy Apple Red with only a couple of minor flaws shown in the pics provided. I have all of the original equipment that was replaced that will go with the car including the wheels and hubcaps.
