LOW MILEAGE IN GREAT SHAPE Just lowered price....2004 Ford Focus...This vehicle is in great shape with extremely LOW MILEAGE....16,353...yes that is all. This car has new tires, new battery, and just had an oil change and service and inspection ($550.00 total). The car has been in storage. This car was my mothers who is no longer able to drive due to her age and a broken hip. She was the first and only owner. My mother has not been physically able to clean the car so it is a little dusty. The interior is in good condition. The exterior has normal wear and tear with a scratch on the lower back bumper on the drivers side where my mom slide in ice in her apartment parking lot scraping up against something but can be easily fixed and is not that bad. My mother moved from the cars location to live with me in NC after she fell and broke her hip, she is now 73 and can no longer drive it. It has been at a friends house in storage and I just had the tires put on and everything not too long ago so I could get ready to sell it. It has been in storage since May 2011 but has be started and driven just a little to maintain. If you have any questions please ask. I have the title in hand, my mother was the only driver and got it in her 60s. She took it to the store and that's about it. The vehicle is dirty and needs a good detail inside and out but I am not able to do it because I live in NC or I would. Once purchased I will overnight the title and 2nd set of keys to the person who is storing for me. They will have it for shipment or to hand over to the new owner. No tire kickers, window shoppers, or lowballers, no resellers looking to get a car for next to nothing please, this vehicle is in good shape and I have referred to KBB to help me in my pricing. I am getting questions about a duplicate title.....simply put the original was lost during a move so I applied for another. There is no outstanding lien on the car, I have lien release paperwork from 3+ years ago. The car is paid off and the title is clear. For payment of the vehicle, I will accept cash in hand for remaining balance after the deposit is paid through pay pal. I prefer the vehicle be paid in full through ebay/paypal, this way every one is protected. I will not give up the car and title without cash or payment through paypal. Paying with checks either personal or cashier checks I will not accept due to the fact there are a lot of scams especially with cashiers checks. If locals wish to view the vehicle that is fine I can arrange a time but it will be evenings after 6pm CST or weekends when the person storing it can be there.
