2002 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Convertible 98k miles. 6 speed manual. Silver with black leather & black top. 2-18-13 UPDATE: I have lowered the buy it now from $8500 down to $7200. I really could use the money out of this car. Use the buy it now, or submit a serious offer and I will consider it. I traded another vehicle that I was selling for this car. This is a 1 owner with a clean carfax. I have the original clean and clear title from when it was bought BRAND NEW. It is signed, notorized, and open to be put in a new owners name.  I would love to keep it, but I need the money out of it. I have A LOT of detailed pictures along with video clips.  This is a beautiful looking, running, and driving car....but I will nitpick any flaws that I can find on this car in the description below as well as in pictures as I would want the same done for me if I was buying a vehicle. I know there is a lot of pictures, but WITH THIS SAID, VIEW ALL THE DETAILED PICTURES!!. I have the clean and clear title to this car in hand. Use the buy it now, or submit a serious offer. BODY This 02' Convertible Trans Am has a beautiful silver exterior with a black leather interior and a black convertible top. The original silver paint still has a nice shine. The black convertible top is not faded nor ripped anywhere. It is however an 02' and 10+years old. The paint has a few typical minor scratches and chips. The chrome on the original rims look very nice, but do have a few scratches and the chrome is just now starting to peel a little. One center cap on 1 rim is missing. Both doors open and close good, but the passenger door needs bushings/pins and you have to close it a little harder then the drivers side. The hood and trunk open and close like new. The convertible top works good. The back window came unglued on the bottom edge only. All of the exterior lights work good and both headlights pop up and down perfect.  ENGINE & DRIVETRANE This 02' TA has a LS1 V8-350 engine with a manual 6 speed transmission. The engine sounds very healthy with no exhaust leaks. The clutch works great and the transmission shifts into every gear with no grinding. The brakes stop this car hard and straight. It drives straight and has a comfortable suspension. There is no wierd sounds and I really cannot nitpick anything about the drivetrane. It starts, runs, shifts, drives, and sounds great....and it is a lot of fun to cruise around.   INTERIOR The interior is decently clean for a 2002. It has a black leather interior. All of the leather is in excellent condition. I can nitpick a few things though...The passenger side dash has a few cracks. The gear shifter knob is showing some wear. The drivers floor under the gas pedal in the carpet has a worn spot. Also, the small plastic piece on the drivers seat that holds the seatbelt is broke.  Overall, this is a beautiful 2002 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 6 speed convertible. Again, it runs, drives, shifts, and sounds good. I tried to point out any and all imperfections above in the desription as I want to be 110% honest. It is sitting in my garage under a car cover awaiting a new owner, but I will probably cruise it a few more times before the auction end.... SHIPPING?
