Gauges are brand new, uninstalled.This car is 90% complete.What you see in the pictures is what you get (plus any other parts found-at no extra charge) I had to put "clear title" in the add description-but there is no title, no paperwork- bill of sale only I am still trying to find out who made the body-I will add the information when found.
