The car is fully dealer serviced and has consistent mileage (you can see it from the service records on the bottom of the listing)! This is the rare XJS model V-12 - not many of these original Jaguars left. This car says a lot about its owner, and has been renowned in the world as a symbol of prestige and class, as well as having great performance. The car was owned by a semi famous author and it was bought as a 50th birthday present from his wife who was a federal judge. The vehicle has been made and assembled entirely in England! It's been very well kept and serviced; in fact it runs almost like a new car. It's a great looking exterior in classic British Racing Green color which combined with the classic Tan leather interior adds a lot of luxury appeal to it. There are no reported manufacturer's defects on this vehicle. A never-smoked-in before beauty that looks great and smells clean. The engine is an exceptional V12 - runs strong and smooth provides the power you have come to expect from a Jaguar. The transmission has the Jaguar mark on it as well and shifts like on a new car, no skips or slips on shifts. The car runs great! The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks. All the electrical options appear to be in perfect working order. As you can judge for yourself from the pictures - the interior is clean while the seats show almost no wear! Extensive Leather and wood trim adds a true luxury touch. One item worth mention is that the passenger window regulator is begining to go bad, I hear it clicking a bit when operating the window. This Jaguar is equipped with a climate control system and the AC blows ice-cold. Heated seats are rare on a car of that year and are definitely a nice addition. Extra comfort comes from heated seats on both front seats, and extensive lumbar support .
