I AM LISTING THIS VEHICLE HERE ON EBAY ON HIS BEHALF. It is very clean, he has had ownership of this car since 2003. The previous owner was the ORIGINAL owner. The BODY is clean and straight; THE WHEELS IN THE PICTURES ARE NOT INCLUDED!! the car will be sold with original wheels and tires. Call me with questions DESCRIPTION:Up for sale is this 1970 OPEL GT sports coupe! This car is very simple, It has a 4cyl engine and Manual 4 speed transmission. (THIS CAR IS ALL ORIGINAL) This is a Rear wheel drive car, It looks and runs great!! The car has had two owners, the original owner and the current owner (bought 2003). The car is being sold to make room in a private collection for another car. This opel Starts and runs great however the carburetor may need a tune (have to hold accelerator down to keep running ONLY when cold). The interior is clean! it has two cracks on the dash, and the headliner has patches. All of the lights work, turn signals, brake lamps, etc. The only lights that are not functioning at the moment are the headlights (they work but are disconnected because of a faulty Gear, the harness is complete and is in the car just needs to assemble) It is an easy fix, just needs time. The interior gauges all work except speedometer and clock. The radio is not connected at the moment. The body is STRAIGHT its very clean, has no bubbling in the paint no major damages. The undercarriage is very clean there are NO RUST issues. The original wheels are black and chrome and are included in the sale (THE WHEELS IN THE PICTURES ARE NOT included) The Car was repainted by the previous owner (not sure when) It is VERY NICE and was professionally done. It is blue and has metalic flakes. The bumpers are silver, the interior is TAN and Black. This car is FUN to drive it gets ALOT of attention, its very rare and is complete. The interior looks great, exterior looks great. Id be happy to show you the vehicle any time. The engine is clean, Its a nice driver!!! take it to car shows or cruise around town. I have had questions about rust; The car appears to be clean and have no rust or rust issues however there is one spot I did notice some rust has started to form (very minor) behind the passenger rear wheel (see picture) For 43 years of age, it has is very solid.
