This is a ONE owner 2004 Chevrolet Suburban LT 1500. We ordered this vehicle brand new in December 2003, so it is just over 9 years old. It is FULLY loaded with everything we could put on the vehicle. Power sunroof, DVD entertain ment system, etc. The ONLY options i have added are a rear cargo plastic protection insert (can see in one of the pictures), Chevrolet factory 20" wheels (traded in the stock 17") and tinted the front two windows to match the rear. The tires are BRAND NEW. Just about 2 months old. The ONLY scratch on the outside is seen in one of the photos which is on the front right bumper. NO dent just a scratch where paint came when i bumped the side of the garage :( Interior is in great shape. Normal leather creases from this age of a vehicle but no cracks. The drivers armrest does have some minor cracks but that is only interior issue. The vehicle was meticulously maintained by our local Chevrolet dealership. It was garaged kept and washed/cleaned every 2 weeks whether is needed it or not. Our kids have grown and the need for this family style vehicle is no longer necessary so we are parting with it. Sadly. The history shows 2 owners; however, one is my IT company. I have been sole owner since ordering the vehicle. NEVER any accidents or even a dent!! VERY nice vehicle. I am asking below NADA and KBB value. I will listen to reasonable offers.
