Here's a truly unique Dodge truck that started life as a sedan. Built by Lester Pinkham of San Jose California. Lester was an engineer for NASA so you could stretch it a bit and say that it took a rocket scientist to build this truck ; ). It is a very quality job, he used parts off a 36 Plymouth pickup to complete it. Everything blends very well, even the belt line. he split the pickup rear fenders, widened them and added the fenders from the sedan. He also rigged a hinge on the rear license plate mount so it would drop when you lower the tail gate. There are some extra switches on the dash, don't know what they are but could be something space related, use at your own risk. The engine was removed by a previous owner and includes lots of new parts for a rebuild. the front end was taken off by the owner after that to put a Mustang II front suspension in, never got further that that, front end is bolted back on for shipment. I have a nice ram and front emblem for the truck, even has the rare crank cover. All parts are in the bed including excellent floor boards. the only rust is behind the front fenders where they bolt to the cowl and it's minor. This would make a killer shop truck, either painted or left in it's raw state. It's titled in my name and rolls/steers easily, please email with any questions or give me your number and I can call.
