I am seeking to get a nice four door sedan by the beginning of the year so I am putting my 91 MR2 T-Top Turbo up for sale. So much time and money went in this car. Let me begin with a little bit of history. I bought the car from an owner in San Diego many years ago. The car had no engine, was covered-wrapped around with a large airplane tarp al alone with no love. I wanted it and bought it cash and towed it out to Los Angeles. It was my first project car and I can tell you it was so much fun and a great learning experience for me. The car body currently has 176,286 miles on it, been using it as a daily driver now for fun. Title in hand and registered in Arizona for four more years. It is an NA body and I swapped in a very clean and healthy Gen 2 3S-GTE motor direct from Tokyo Japan. I have had the car for approximately four years and in that time have put about 25k miles on it. I kept the car stock for the most part except a few modifications listed below. The car is in good shape, there are a few minor things like a dins on the windshield (had them window repaired), driver seat tear, small passenger door body scratch but by in large the car is in excellent shape with the original paint and it feel amazing on the road. I bought a new rack and pinion when I got the car because the old one was leaking. Original ashtray is was glued back together. I sold the power antenna and added an inside one just to keep it looking cooler. I put body filler inside the spoiler to fill in a hole. I added a straight piping dual exhaust system and intercooler upgrade. Loud nice tone, strong ride and fun diving. Check out my video links. The last thing I did was rebuild the distributor about nine months ago from the standard oil leak at the old ring. That was the first and last leak I have ever experienced. Timing adjusted back to specs. • Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Windows, Power Steering, Hot and Cold A/C. • Windshield wipers and all dash electronics work. Cruise Control is disabled. • The Interior is cloth blue and dash. • No drinking or smoking in this car. • 91 octane Chevron with Techron / 100 octane Race Fuel • Mobile one oil filters only for this CT26 turbo. • 10w30 in summer and 5w30 in Winter. The car is lightly modified: -AutoPage C3-RS915 2-WAY Remote alarm system with remote start system. -Dual Blitz Turbo Timer. It has a dual boost gauge but I never hooked it up to the engine. -Apexi USA Intake, Control Arm and Shield Cover. -Dual Exhaust System -Straight Piping De Cat -Fuel Cut Defender Killer Switch -Mr2 1994 JDM Kouki Tail Lights White -Upgrade to Steel Brake Lines on all fours -Race Pedals -NGK Spark Plugs -Kenwood Speakers -Power Acoustik DVD + GPS navi Head unit -Velox Pro Gear Rims 17's front and 18's rear -AZENIS RT615K Competition Tires front 205/40/84w rear 235/40/90w -HID's Head Lights -Black Clear Corners -Drill and slotted rotors -Yellow Top Optima Battery -Intercooler upgrade with shrouded fan Upgrade -Engine X strut bar I have the stock parts for the intake box, intercooler, corners and other items in the garage that I replaced. Everything in the frunk is there with the stock spare clean and nice. Original T-Top Bags as well inside the car. I installed 94 JDM Kouki Tail Lights two months ago. Item is garaged in Las Vegas. On Jan-14-13 at 12:55:51 PST, seller added the following information: I received a few questions so I wanted to address the following: There is an Administrative Stop on the car registrations at the Nevada DMV so they will never register the car in that state unless it has a difference engine. Ideal buyer would be out of state only thanks. ------------------------------------------------------ This is a JDM engine. This engine will never pass smog nor emssions lab inspection for street legal use. I have this car titled and registered in AZ since we have no smog here.
