Ford F-150 4x4 Ranger Lifted Automatic: Up for sale is my classic 1978 Ford F-150 Ranger. Hate to see it go but recent family changes dictate the sale. Runs and drives great! Starts immediately and idles smooth. Transmission and 4x4 work perfect! It has the 351m / modified 400 engine with a brand new Edelbrock Performer 600 cfm 1406 and Edelbrock spacer. I bought this truck almost a year ago from a gentleman that had put a lot of time and money into this vehicle.
