Selling a 1947 Ford 1/2 ton Pickup. This pickup is an awesome hot rod or rat rod, your choice. The truck is has a solid body and could be the coolest ride in town with very little work. This truck has had over $10,000 worth of work done to it. I bought from the original builder of the truck. He needed to sell so I bought as a project. I have too many projects so selling this one. This truck has a clear title, the man I bought it from has lost the title. I am working with him to get it. I am selling without the title in case he does not find it. I do have proof that it has been registered and titled in the State of Texas. I will include this with sell. Regsitration just ran out in June of 2012. The vehicle can best be described as follows: Body- Good solid body, very little rust, some small dings and dents. Painted in red primer with some of the original green paint bleeding through. Chassis- The truck has a Camaro front clip with power disc brakes, the rear end is a Camaro rear end with drum brakes. Drivetrain- The engine is a good 351 Windsor with chrome accents, the transmission is a newly rebuilt AOD, automatic overdrive. Interior- Awesome red velour seat, great dash with working guages, nice black door panels, interior metal painted red. Options- Truck has cold R134 Air Conditioning installed, power steering and power brakes, dual exhaust, glasspacks, disc brakes, wiper, tachometer, tilt wheel, rat rod tank in bed, remote battery box in bed. Tires/Wheels- Camaro ralley wheels with rings and caps, radial whitewall tires. The transmission needs to be reinstalled. This truck is a weekend away from being back on the road.
