In the past year we have installed a new rebult transmission, new tires all around, new brakes lockable battery box, recent service, turbo tested, new panels for the rear roll-up door and more.
This is a great previously owned vehicle. This is a smoke-free automobile. There is no damage evident on this vehicle. This vehicle was not garage kept. The engine on this vehicle is running properly. This vehicle has no known defects. Overall, this vehicle's exterior is clean. The interior is clean and in good condition. The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit due within 1 day of the close of the auction. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND CERTIFIED CHECK for the initial deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if the vehicle is NOT paid for.
VEHICLE TITLES:
Most vehicle titles are on hand and ready for delivery. Some vehicle titles may be held by banks and/or lenders as collateral for loans. In these cases, there may be a short delay in receiving the title and/or documents which can take 14 - 28 days from the time we pay the vehicle off. Land Rover Carolinas Jaguar Asheville Lotus Greenville guarantees that all vehicle titles are Free and Clear, with no liens or liabilities on them. While we usually have all titles in our possession at the time of delivery, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. VEHICLE SHIPPING:
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like us to help assist in finding a shipping company. If the vehicle is to be shipped, Full Payment must be received BEFORE the vehicle is picked up by you or your shipping company. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of South Carolina. BALANCE OF PAYMENT DUE:
The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. Buyer also agrees to pay Land Rover Carolinas Jaguar Asheville Lotus Greenville Dealer DOC Fee of $225.00 and may be required to purchase a $20 out of state 30 day temporary tag. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery and/or release of the vehicle.
