So I bought this truck thinking I got a good deal. Deal is that it has an NON repairable crack in the block, 53 block . The truck itself is decent condition. Doors have typical rust, floor of bed has some rusted through areas. I drove the truck before the crack was found and transmission and 4x4 worked fine, it's just kept losing coolant and was then checked and crack found, someone else has tried to repair it and failed. VP44, turbo, injectors, lines, and everything else seem fine. I was going to put a new long block in it, but realized I would not be able to stop once I started. I am selling it as a parts truck, but it just needs a block or motor. If you have a motor, this is perfect, if you want one in it, BlackWaterEngines sells a new one, that you would transfer stuff from old one to, for $4100. 4 spd auto transmission.Dually. Truck has air, 4x4, cruise, AC, power doors,locks, and windows. Rust hole in each fender. 4:10 rearend. hitch and 5th wheel ball in bed. I'm just trying to cut my losses. Engine is already pulled and covered with tarp in bed of truck. Bumper, radiator, and everything else that would be in front of motor is already pulled also. Will need winched onto trailer.
