2005 Volvo XC-90, V-8, SUV, Car is in very nice condition other than the catastrophic engine failure due to seized balance shaft bearing in engine. This is a common problem with all V-8 volvo SUV's, Volvo is aware of the problem and has offered a fix for the problem prior to engine failure. Volvo has been unwilling to help me in any way so i am forced to sell the vehicle as-is. The car is cosmetically very nice inside and out, tires are less than 1 year old . There is one cracked trim piece on drivers side seat where the seat controls are located and luggage rack has dint on passengers side where a tree limb hit it during storage. There are many used engines out there with 1 year warranty for around $5,000.00. We love the car but do not have the resources to repair at this time.
