Purchase this vehicle at a great deal as a subsequent owner. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. This is a smoke-free automobile. There are no signs of prior collision damage on this vehicle, however some minor damage is present as shown in the pictures. The vehicle has several minor dings on the exterior body. This vehicle was not garage kept. On the plus side this Explorer is in excellent mechanical condition. It has a smooth shifting transmission and there are no problems with the engine. The overall condition of this vehicle's exterior is average. The interior is clean and in good condition. There is 50% of tire life left on this auto. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements but cannot be responsible for claims arising from shipping damage. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure. Virginia Buyers: As an online Virginia DMV dealer, we can register and title the vehicle for you as well as issue hard plates. Please note there is a 3% vehicle sales tax plus the applicable registration and license plate fee for Virginia residents. Typically a one year registration is $40.75, but may vary depending on the type of vehicle. You will be responsible for a Dealer Processing Fee of $249.00. We may issue a 30-day temp tag pending the processing of your permanent registration.
Out-of-State Buyers: You can either have the vehicle shipped, or travel to Virginia and pick it up. You are responsible not only for knowing your own state's laws regarding taxes and fees, but also for remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents to your state. All taxes and fees must be paid by you, directly to your state, in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered there.
