Vehicle Detail
I've owned this truck for nearly twenty years. The original engine has been rebuilt and now has approximately 30k miles on it. The transmission stills works like new. I did not recharge the AC after the engine rebuild. It was working fine. So, it will need to be servised if you want to use it. All the equipment is there as before. I recently replaced the front brakes including new front rotors. A few years back I went through the front suspension replacing every bushing. The front end is nice and tight. I also had the seat redone in the original material. So the seat is soft as new. I replaced the rear window with a new slider. The bed and tailgate are super straight as is the rest of the body. No rust. Again, no rust. There is a ding in the edge of the grill thanks to my good buddy. What are friends for, right? Unfortunately, the dash pad finally cracked last summer. Most of the truck is original paint. I had the hood repainted about fifteen years ago to fix some rock chips. Now, tthe clear is shot from the job. But the original paint is still holding up. I bought another F350 with Ranger XLT trim or I wouldn't sell this one. I've used this truck to tow a car trailer, mostly. It's a solid truck. I'd hop in it and pull a trailer to New York today if I needed to. It's been good to me and I expect it to be good for you too. On Jan-01-13 at 16:38:37 PST, seller added the following information: A couple added notes; The odometer reads as stated above, 53,373. However, the clock has rolled once over. I figured you already guessed that. But, just in case, I want to be sure that's clear. My other F350 (1975) has 50k miles on it and this one drives every bit as quiet and tight. I've added some pics of the interior. Sorry for the cobwebs and dust, I haven't driven the truck in weeks. I also had the carpet and pad replaced. It's in good condition but needs a shampoo. When the engine was rebuilt I also replaced the carburetor with new OEM at $735. If you have any questions, please ask! I'll try to post an answer as soon as I can. On Jan-06-13 at 11:41:13 PST, seller added the following information: I mentioned that I have two of these trucks and only need one. I've added a photo of the two trucks side by side so you can see my dilemma.
