Up for auction is a 1966 vw beetle. This is the only year the 1300 hundred engine was factory. It still has the 1300 engine with added dual carbs. Engine Compartment is was updated with chrome parts.Has drop spindles and narrowed beam in the front and the rear is lowered also.Has luggage rack attached to the top and the interior was redone by the previous owner.Engine and transmission run well with no issuses. Has some rust in the usual places in the beetle. Front bonnet and battery tray,and along the drip rail.Has an air conditioner that hooks to the outside of the window. Has pop out rear windows.The odometer shows 65000 , not sure if that is correct. Have additional parts box as well as 2 new rear tires.I drive it anywhere and is always a crowd pleaser. Not a cold weather car but a nice cruiser with plenty of patina look.There are two videos on you tube of the car,look under 1966 beetle,posted by Sacofunkz.
