This is a real clean and hard to find 1978 Chevrolet Z-28 with factory original 350 engine and original 4 spd transmission. Here is a very nice example of a 1978 Z-28. This is a nice looking car with newer paint and rebuilt engine. Interior is nice and transmission works fine. There are no issues with the body. It is all original metal with a $6K paint job about 3-4 years ago. The engine has been rebuilt. It still looks as factory complete. I am not a mechanic so I do not know exactly how the engine was rebuilt. The person I purchased the car told me that it was rebuilt just before I bought it. My mechanic looked at this car and actually marked this one as one of the ones I should keep as it was running very well in his opinion. It does in fact run very smooth and powerful. The interior is very clean and well preserved. Just look at the pictures. Transmission shifts like hot knife through butter. 4spd transmission gets much more power from this already powerful 350 V8. This is really fun car to drive and easy to handle. The body is very straight and the previous owner told me that he only did a paint job and did not replace panels or do any body work etc. There is no rust on the car. This is an adult owned car and that is why it is in very good and unabused condition. The car is original and well preserved. It is very hard to find one of these in this condition. This is a car that you can enjoy driving right away and also if you like it will take very little time and money to make it perfect. These cars are very easy to work on and there are so many original and after market parts available for these cars. As long as you are starting with a real deal Z-28 that is in very good condition, the sky is the limit as to what you can do with one of these cars. These are cool looking Camaros that are not to far from the 1st generation. These second generations Camaros are very collectible but still very much affortable now. But, they will not stay there long. The reserve on this car is set at a very reasonable level. So, bid to win. These will only go up in value and rareity as most of these are really abused and destroyed. It is hard to find one with 4 spd transmission. The car has a nice muscle car sound and it gets a lot of looks. I have driven this car very little, it is simply sitting at my storage with a trickle charger and fuel stabilizer. I start it once a week and never had any problems in starting or moving it around. This is a numbers matching car and you can confirm it by going on line and using the VIN # I gave here, you will see that it is a real deal Z-28. I already sold two Z-28s from my collection and this is the only one left for sale. This is a nice car and it is correctly priced. As I sold other Z-28s just recently, I know the market. If this was at a dealer the asking price would have been over $15K. So, don't miss this opportunity to buy a really clean car at a very good price.
