2000 Subaru Impreza Wagon "L" AWD PRICE: $1,500.00 - BIN price / Auction starts at $1,000.00 I'm selling my 2000 Subaru Impreza, L AWD Wagon. The car has a 2.2 liter engine. The car was my daily driver until I ran off the road and hit a burm that pushed the radiator back. I have been able to pry the radiator back in place, and it all appears OK. I have not had the car in to a mechanic to look at it. This would be a good car for someone looking for a project or parts. The driver side door does not unlock by the key. You need to unlock the passenger side and click unlock button to unlock drivers side door. Prior to the accident the car was used as a daily driver. At purchase I replaced all the struts with KYB Excel G (GR2's). I also replaced the driver side seat frame and cushion and installed a new radio to play an iPod, iPhone or anything with a headphone jack. In addition replaced the timing belt. Since then the below major maintenance has been carried out. New Clutch: Used Genuine Subaru Clutch Kit - @133,986 Miles Tires BF Goodrich ADVANT T/A 60,000 mile Warranty - @ 168,441 Miles Trailer Hitch Installed This car has been a great and reliable car. The All Wheel Drive (AWD) is fantastic in the snow. I use it for towing my john boat. Cosmetically there are numerous dents and a some rust spots. In addition the accident pushed up the radiator a bit and I do believe the air-conditioning does not work. I did replace the condensor since I purchased it and prior to the accident it AC was working great. IMPORTANT: This car is sold as is where is. Although I believe the car is roadworthy and still has thousands of reliable miles of left in it, I would consider this as either a parts car or project car. If the purchaser intends on using it they should get it checked out for safety. I have purchased a new car and no longer need this one.
